HI guys

Just a quikie really, if you are going to sell a house in spain do you think it is easier and best to sell with furniture in or make the house empty?

When I was a bit involved in this Spaniards always used to leave the furniture in the house (if they could) and then offer the house either furnished or unfurnished which seemed like a good idea to me.

It made the house look better at viewing, it saved storage costs for the owners and if the people coming in were furniturless it gave them an extra option too.
